Why Redpoint?

The term "redpoint" is a climbing term from the mid-1970s. Climbers would paint a red circle on new routes they wanted to climb without falling or resting on the rope. These climbing routes were more technically demanding, which often required multiple attempts to figure out the moves and sequences. Once they climbed a route without falling or resting on the rope, the red circle was filled in.

Over time, the term "redpoint" came to represent the act of climbing a route successfully after a period of prior attempts and practice. Redpointing emphasizes the difficulty of the climb and the commitment required to master the moves and overcome challenges.

At Redpoint Coaching & Fitness, we want to help you identify your goals and help you overcome the challenges preventing you from accomplishing your goals and finding the best version of yourself. Whether it be weight loss, strength/conditioning training, running or climbing, we will walk alongside you and give you the tools to "Redpoint" your goals!
